Slow roasted breast of turkey, peach, thyme and chestnut stuffing, smoked bacon chipolata, glazed
sprouts, roasted potatoes, Burgundy wine and turkey sauce
Confit leg of duck with Lyonnaise potatoes, roasted baby carrots and a wild mushroom and red onion
jus (gf, nut free)
Pan fried salmon with a lemon and herb crust, creamed potato and brown shrimp and parsley butter
Sweet potato jacket with guacamole and kidney beans, coriander (vegan, nut free)
Winter vegetable wellington, sauteed savoy cabbage, roasted baby potatoes and a rosemary jus (v)

Desserts

Traditional plum pudding with a spiced plum compote and Amaretto sauce
White chocolate and raspberry roulade, raspberry sauce
Orange and cranberry cheesecake, cranberry purée, Chantilly cream
Vegan vanilla rum panna cotta, red fruit compote, coconut cookie. (VE,GF)
Farmhouse Stilton, Cheddar and French Brie cheeses with biscuits

Followed by freshly brewed coffee and mints
