Ian Dowding – Banoffee Pie and Other Adventures
Ian who create the Banoffee Pie will talk about how he created the dish that became world famous. The serendipity of how the fame spread and became a favourite of the Royal Family and other famous people and how the word made its way into the Oxford Dictionary.
Guest arrival 12 noon, sit down for luncheon at 12:30pm.
£40 per person, with £10 being donated to Friends of Eastbourne Hospital and guest speaker.
